How do I pay for my order?
There is no card payment at checkout. After you submit your order, you will receive an email with your order number, total due, and payment options: Zelle, Cash App, or bank transfer. Please include your order number with your payment.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship after payment is confirmed. Most orders ship within 1 business day, and some may take up to 3 business days.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $150. Orders under $150 ship for $9.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories, to P.O. Boxes, to APO/FPO addresses, or to package forwarding services.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders canceled after payment has been received are subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the product total. See our Refund and Return Policy.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. If we ship the wrong item, report it within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send the correct item. See our Refund and Return Policy for details.
Where can I find lab results?
Certificates of Analysis are available in our COA Library.
Are these products for human use?
No. All products are sold for research use only and are not for human or animal consumption.
